Questions, answered
Is there a fee to join?+
No. Joining is free, and so is your own workspace while you're a partner.
How long does approval take?+
We review every application ourselves, usually within a few working days, and email you when you're approved. Then, you log in with the email you applied with.
How much can I earn?+
20% of what each customer pays Clyrix, before GST. A client on Business with 5 users pays ₹2,495 a month, so you earn ₹499 a month from that one client, for as long as they stay.
Can you install the Shopify app in my clients' stores?+
Yes. Until Clyrix is listed in the Shopify App Store, message us on WhatsApp and we'll install it with you. Have your client sign up through your partner link first, so they count as yours.
Can I see my clients' data?+
Only what a client chooses to share with you: their store check-ups and GST, right in your partner dashboard. They can stop sharing any time. For anything more, they can add you to their workspace.
How are payouts made?+
By bank transfer, usually monthly, with TDS deducted as the law requires. If you're registered for GST, you send us a GST invoice for your commission.
