Refunds and cancellation policy

Try before you pay

Every new workspace gets a free trial (currently 14 days) with no payment needed, so you can decide before you pay anything.

Cancelling

You can stop at any time: just don't renew.

You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a monthly or yearly period, except as below.

When we do refund

We refund in full:

• duplicate payments for the same period
• payments taken in error, such as a wrong amount
• yearly plans cancelled within 7 days of payment
• if we close your workspace without cause, the unused part of your paid period

Wallet balance and AI credits

Unused wallet balance is refunded on request when you close your workspace.

AI credits that have been used are not refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@nxtnet.in from your account email with your workspace name, the payment reference and the reason. We reply within 3 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
