How do I send an invoice on WhatsApp or email?

Share a professional invoice link on WhatsApp with one click, or copy the link and download the PDF for email.

Step-by-step instructions

    Open the invoice from Financials → Invoices.
  2. 2
    Tap Send on WhatsApp to create the secure share link and open WhatsApp with a prefilled message.
  3. 3
    Tap Send inside WhatsApp to deliver the message directly to your customer.
  4. 4
    To send by email, tap the Share button and click Copy to copy the link into your email.
  5. 5
    You can also tap Download PDF to attach a clean GST tax invoice PDF to your email.
Good to know
  • Sending on WhatsApp automatically updates a draft invoice to Sent status.
