How do I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade, downgrade, switch billing frequency, or cancel your subscription renewal from billing settings.
Step-by-step instructions
- 1Open Settings from the sidebar and select Billing.
- 2To change plans, find Startup, Digital Agency or Enterprise ERP and tap Choose plan (or Upgrade plan, or Switch at renewal for a smaller plan).
- 3To cancel your renewal, scroll down to the Payments card and tap Cancel renewal.
- 4Select a cancellation reason in the dialog and tap Cancel renewal to confirm.
Good to know
- Your subscription remains fully active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
